Happy Monday everyone! Everyone needs to get outside and enjoy the 'warm' weather!! Even though the track around Dragon Park is snow covered, the roads and sidewalks are in good shape. You can certainly do this WOD at the gym on a treadmill if you'd prefer.
AMRAP 25 - Paterson Loop Repeats
Run two laps around Paterson Loop (treadmill sub = .5 miles or 800 meters)
Rest the same amount of time it took you to run two laps

You ladies all rock. Went on a break for the holiday craziness, but back on track and can't wait to get back outside.
ReplyDeleteI ran with Jen today, but didn't do the loop. We just ran outside for 25min. So a total distance of 2.5 mile run and 1 mile walk. Feels so good to be back!

3 rounds on tread mill (but I did cheat and start 1 minute early for third round and kept upping the speed so I would get as close to 25 minutes as possible)
