Great job by the Army team beating Air Force on Saturday!!!  Awesome game!!!  Now it's time for an awesome WOD to see how you've been progressing.

  1. I did my 3 rounds in 11:58 minutes. I used the 20lb kettle bell and the bands for assistance with pull ups :)

  3. My time was 12:45. I used 15lb. weight and band assisted pull ups. I did not do this WOD in Sept. to compare it to.

  4. Old time 15:06. New time 12:35 with same standards of 26 lb kettle bell swings and band assisted pull ups. Woot!

  5. 13:08 ( old time was 14:10) used 24.6 lb kb all three rouds and band assisted pull ups.
