I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving break! It's now time to get back after it!!
AMRAP 7
5 x Push press (dumb bells or barbell)
5 x Front squat (dumb bells or barbell)
5 x hand-release push-ups (scale = regular or knee push-ups - try to avoid going to your knees!)
5 x weighted sit-ups (weighted object of choice)
Rest 5 minutes and then do it again!
AMRAP 7
5 x Push press
5 x Front squat
5 x Push-ups
5 x weighted sit-ups
Post number of rounds complete for each AMRAP to comments.
Also, did anyone do the 'Black Friday' WOD from Friday? I didn't see anyone post results, so if no one did it, I will repost it for later this week. Please comment if you did it, thanks!
I did not see the Black Friday workout, so I didn't do anything on Friday.
ReplyDeleteToday's workout: First round I did 8 full rounds and an additional set of squats and push presses with 8lbs. The second round I was able to do 8 rounds plus an additional set of squats. Again with 8 lbs and knee push ups.
1st set: 6 rounds + 5 hand release push ups

Did this one at home:
Push press: pvc pipe filled with sand (~ 8lbs?)
Squats: 26lb kb
Push ups: hand release ( these slowed me down big time as I was trying to keep good form)
Sit ups: 10lb med ball
Didn't do Black Friday's WOD either!

ReplyDeletei did 6 total rounds. Push presses-- I did 40lbs which was really hard especially at the of each round. I used 25lb KB for front squats and sit ups and really tried not to knee push ups but had to the last round.
