5 x burpees
10 x pull-ups
15 x dumbbell shoulder press
20 x double-unders (60 x singles or 45 x jumping jacks)

    I did the jumping jacks option (of course) but I think in all fairness I should say I have not mastered the ideal pullup set up in my garage. If I was doing these outside, I think it is fair to say I would have struggled more thus adding at least 15-20 seconds of time to each round.

    I can't say thank you enough for these workouts! I see and feel the results and am motivated every day to keep going!
