HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!

Today's WOD will be a TREAT and make you feel less guilty about eating all that candy!!  You get MAJOR bonus points if you do the WOD in your costume!!

NOTE:  If the weather is nasty, this can be done indoors!!

4 rounds for time
10 x front squats (weighted object on your choice)
31 x sit-ups
10 x burpees
31 x weighted step-ups (holding the weighted object at your chest)

  1. 22:38 with 21 lb front squats and 15 lb step ups. I wore my spidey workout pants too but they didn't give me any super powers... I was a slug on this one! Tonight I will be a Ketchup bottle to go with my hamburger son, mustard husband and hot dog dog. :)

  2. 19:35 with 8 lb squat and step ups. No costume for me. Sorry, I'm boring in that way. :)

  3. 18:53 with 10lb med ball. Used a 16" step stool for step ups. This WOD kicked my butt! I don't have a costume for tonight, I will only wear a witch hat to hand out candy :) Happy halloween everyone!
