Bring your favorite weighted object and come on down!

AMRAP 20
Run 200 meters (100 down, 100 back)
15 x front squat (scale = air squats)
10 x box jumps (scale = box step-ups)
5 x hand release push-ups (scale = regular or knee push-ups)
Rest 90 seconds

  1. four full rounds and an additional 200M run. No weights, but higher box jumps. One round of knee push ups, and three of full push ups. :)

  2. I did this one on Saturday prior to the game with Christina. I just a 95 lbs. barbell for front squats, 30 inch wall for box jumps, and did 15 hand release push-ups instead of 5.

    Completed 4 rounds of work with last hand release push-up happening about 2 seconds after time expired! Tough one!!

  3. 5 full rounds of work with 5 secs of rest remaining after round 5, 21 lb medicine ball for squats, higher bench for box jumps, regular hand release push ups. Not a fan of the sprint being first!
