It's Friday, come on down and finish off the week in style!!

5 rounds for time
12 x Front squat (weighted object of your choice!!!)
15 x Weighted sit-ups
Bear crawl 50 meters (in the grass parallel to the track)
Run remainder of the lap (lap - 50 meters from the bear crawl)

  1. Holy cow that was brutal! :) I. need to work on not moving the weight for weighted sit ups..My time was 24:10.

  2. 25:01 with 21 lb weight. Weight wasn't the problem, the bear crawl was! When I told Adam it was a bit far, he just said "oops". I am going to be SORE tomorrow... who am I kidding, I'm sore now!

    1. I cant believe you did it with 21 lbs. That is awesome. I was totally struggling with 10lbs--I couldnt really keep the kettlebell at chin level well. And the bear crawl--that was BRUTAL. I am already feeling it tonight. On a side note--if I struggle with keeping the weight at chin level on the sit up, does that mean I should use less weight? My abs are still not right after having the baby I think.

    2. On sit ups maybe you should just do regular sit ups or less weight until your abs are recovered a bit more. Depending on how much you actually move the weight, it can make it easier to do a sit up than if you had skipped the weight all together. Nothing wrong with scaling it! :)
